This article deals with aspects of accuracy of machine tools and quality of products. As there is a big influence of accuracy of individual components of machine tools on quality of product, it is very important to know all aspects and influences of technological system on final precision of product. Several aspects of diagnostics of machine tools are described, such as aspects of reliability.
